One Village Athletics

At One Village Athletics (OVA), our coaches play an important role in creating a safe, positive, and encouraging environment where young athletes can play, learn, and grow.

OVA coaches are more than coaches; they are mentors and positive role models who teach teamwork, sportsmanship, responsibility, and respect on and off the court or field.

To help ensure the safety and well-being of every child participating in One Village Athletics, all OVA coaches must complete a background check and the Youth Sports Concussion Training Course before coaching.

We welcome individuals who are passionate about working with youth and are willing to encourage athletes of all skill levels. Coaching experience is helpful, but a commitment to supporting our youth.

Interested in becoming a coach?

One Village Athletics (OVA) is committed to making youth sports affordable, accessible, safe, and positive for children and families in our community.

Our volunteer coaches are an important part of that mission. Coaches do more than teach a sport; they help young athletes develop confidence, teamwork, sportsmanship, discipline, and a love for the game.

We are looking for positive, dependable volunteers interested in coaching Basketball, Cheer, Volleyball, and Flag Football (Flag Football background checks are done through Flag Fanatics).

No matter your level of coaching experience, we are looking for individuals who are committed to encouraging youth, creating a positive environment, and representing the values of One Village Athletics.
